Jaco Maritz is the COO at Wealth Migrate. In 1990, he started his career at Nedbank in South Africa, where he gained valuable knowledge in the finance industry through his position in Treasury and, later, in the branch banking division.
In 2000, Jaco was recruited by RBA Developments to head up their marketing division in Cape Town. Once the Cape Town office was acquired and converted to MSP Developments, Jaco formed an integral part of the MSP team for 13 years. He held several positions within the company including Sales Manager, Marketing and Sales Manager and General Manager. Jaco formed the cornerstone of systems and procedures implementation, and was highly influential in streamlining the real estate process. He is well versed in all aspects of real estate development, specializing in marketing, sales, business processes, IT systems, project planning, general management, and blockchain architecture.
Jaco joined IPS as CEO in February 2013 and took the company from strength to strength. In late 2015, IPS was integrated into Wealth Migrate where Jaco headed up the software and IT development until 2016 and, thereafter, became responsible for Global Revenue and expansion.
Jaco was instrumental in designing and managing the development of the Wealth Migrate Platform. Kevin is an energetic and creative individual who believes that we live in an abundant world. As such, he constantly looks for ways to impact those around him with positivity, especially through exponential technologies. Kevin holds an undergraduate Pharmacy degree and an MBA (Cum Laude). Kevin is one of the founding Directors of the African Crowdfunding Association, where he holds the position of Chairman and runs QDDTI, a capital raising and Digital consulting company. Hennie Bezuidenhoudt is the co-founder and Chairman of Wealth Migrate, possessing more than 22 years of experience in real estate. Based in South Africa, he is in charge of strategic planning, due diligence, safety, and management of product provider relations for the company.
Since 1988, Hennie has served as Managing Director, Director, Non-Executive Director, and Chairman in a number of companies in South Africa and abroad. He has 35 years of experience in business leadership and a track record of success based on honesty and integrity. His ability to articulate systemic problems at the national level has allowed him to play a pivotal role in restructuring the health insurance industry in South Africa, where he was instrumental in developing risk management and cost containment measures for over 20 years.
Recognizing the real estate investment and development opportunities supported by an increasingly interconnected world, he began investing in global real estate assets more than a decade ago. He recognized international real estate’s advantage in diversifying risk and preserving capital in his and other investors’ portfolios and supports Wealth Migrate’s mission to put global real estate assets within reach for investors around the globe. Dolf is the President of Wealth Migrate and an international best-selling author with fifteen books to his name, of which over two million are in print. He is best known for his New York Times best seller Real Estate Riches, which has been translated into multiple languages.
In the United States, Dolf is the only author that has been endorsed twice by the National Association of Realtors. He has been a keynote speaker for many organizations, including real estate firms, lenders, and appraisers, and has educated real estate agents on the art of selling real estate in over 25 countries.
Dolf is currently working on his next project, balancing all the lessons of traditional real estate investing with the power of crowdfunding to enable investors to create global wealth together. He is a highly sought-after speaker on crowdfunding and how it is revolutionizing real estate and adding value to investors, developers, and others.

Louw studied B.Compt and qualified as Chartered Accountant CA (SA) in 2000 after completion of his articles. He is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. Louw started his career at SAIL Group Limited as an investment manager and stayed with the group and subsidiaries and associates till 2008 when he joined MSP Group. While at SAIL & Associates, Louw served as Financial Director on various boards and board committees, his main focus being financial management and investment management of subsidiaries.
Louw joined the MSP Group/MSP Developments as Financial Director where his responsibilities covered the whole spectrum of the property sector – daily financial management, financial reports, feasibilities, asset management ($150 million), loan financing, rental portfolio management ($45 million), and end user rental management. Louw set up rental fund with various financial institutions worth more than ($37 million) and started a consulting firm in 2013. Louw, who joined Wealth Migrate in July 2015, still provides consulting services to large real estate developers.
Machiel studied Electrical Engineering in 1992 and completed his MBA through Henley in the UK in 2000 with Financials and Knowledge Management as his focus. He worked for a large multinational company from 1992 to 2013 where he held various positions as Operations Director and Business Unit Manager for Sub-Saharan Africa, including postings in the United States, Germany, and Italy.
Machiel is passionate about real estate and started investing locally in 2003. He made his first United States investment in 2012 through IPS. In 2014, he decided to take a leap of faith and follow his passion, joining IPS and Wealth Migrate full-time. With his thorough understanding of international real estate, financials, and due diligence, Machiel has now progressed to Business Development Partner for Wealth Migrate, with a focus on helping people invest and create global wealth.

Linden Booth is a proven Executive Coach and Organizational Culture expert who joined Wealth Migrate after 15 years in private consulting. As the founder of BlueFire Africa, a leadership and organizational development consultancy, Linden combines a very people-centered approach with a systems orientated philosophy around high performance, team engagement, and leadership development.
Cliff is a serial entrepreneur, having run a number of successful commercial real estate businesses, both locally in South Africa and internationally. In the corporate sector, he spent time at Persus Computers, National Data Systems before embarking on his first entrepreneurial project, Cellular Active, a mobile phone retailer. Not only was this the dawn of the mobile era in South Africa, but also of the Internet. He saw the massive potential early on and sold Cellular Active to open CKNet Internet Services, which he also sold after four years. Subsequently, he moved into the property business.
Cliff is a Director and Shareholder at InnovateIT, a South African managed services provider. He is also currently involved at the Director level with several property companies. Cliff joined the Wealth Migrate team in June 2016 where he has been heading up the Software Development and IT department.
Janie studied a Bachelor in Consumer Science (Housing) at Stellenbosch after which she became Development and Facilities Manager at Ahead Trading and then KFC. In 2010, she joined the MSP Team as Sales Executive, working her way up through various positions within the company. In July 2013, she was asked to join the IPS team as First Contact specialist and held other positions within the IPS, such as Operations Manager and General Manager.
Janie joined Wealth Migrate in March 2016, where she heads up the Residential Operations Division. In August of that same year, she became Head of Regional Operations for Wealth Migrate SA.
Willie has over 10 years of experience as a Business and Credit Analyst for the Business Banking Division, analyzing the credit risk of large business and agricultural portfolios. He developed Excel Models to improve the processes governing credit applications and forecasting clients’ financial positions to quantify the bank’s risk.
Willie previously worked for three years in London (UK) for State Street Bank & Trust and JP Morgan Chase Bank. While advancing his banking career, he invested in residential real estate in London and in South Africa, while also trading financial instruments on the Dow Jones, Nasdaq, S&P and FSTE. He then started and became the Financial Manager of several computer related companies.
At the end of 2014, Willie left the financial environment to move into healthcare real estate development, which led him to Wealth Migrate. In his role as Head of Due Diligence and Risk Analysis, he has managed to build a financial model that analyzes all potential deals against criteria specified by the Investment Committee. He also does all the necessary due diligence for all potential deals.
Laurika studied a BCom in Accounting and registered as a qualified Chartered Accountant CA (SA) in 2007. She then joined the Omnicron Group, which is a property development and administration company in the commercial, industrial and retail sectors. For nine years, we worked as Financial Manager with major responsibilities including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and statutory services.
Laurika then joined Wealth Migrate’s financial department in 2016 where she reports on cash flow, provides audit assistance, and manages statements and project distributions.

Justin is responsible for the real estate and travel verticals.
Before co-founding One Africa Media, Justin co-founded Private Property, which he led through inception, start-up, and several rounds of funding to become the leading Internet marketplace for real estate in South Africa. Justin then became Executive Chairman in 2005 where he worked with the CEO and Board on expansion and international strategy.
Martin is an experienced entrepreneur with more than 20 years of proven business experience and success in business start-ups.
