Lex Sisney is an author and the creator of Organizational Physics and an expert at creating breakthroughs in individuals and organizations.

He’s grown from co-founder and CEO of the world’s largest affiliate marketing company to follow his passion as CEO Coach to the world’s next generation of expansion-stage companies.

Former partner at Deloitte Consulting Willem was instrumental in running the Centre of the Edge, focusing on Exponential Technology.

Willem decided to leave the consulting industry in April 2017 to get his hands dirty with startups. He is a Singularity Alumni and a global authority on Exponential Technology, Blockchain and crypto-currencies.

He is advising Wealth Migrate on how to leverage the exponential technologies they already have and implement their crypto strategy.

Kwasi began his career as an Investment Banker at Citigroup's' Solomon Smith Barney Investment Bank after graduating from The University of Pennsylvania with a degree in International Politics. While at Citigroup earned Series 7, Series 55, Series 63 and Series 3 licenses with a concentration on International Equity Sales and High Grade US Bond Sales.

Kwasi eventually became the New Media Director for Sean "Diddy" Combs' burgeoning empire, simultaneously overseeing the development & marketing for Diddy's brands, including: Ciroc, Sean John Fragrance, Sean John Clothing and Bad Boy Entertainment.
